Partial Resist

"I have a max out hit rating right now it is 168 and I have the proper talents. I am still noticing that I am getting a lot of partial resists, on bosses with no fire resist. Not like supremus who has a lot of fire resistance and partial resist are expected. wow gold Can anyone speculate as to why this is. Could it be that all bosses have built in resistances, where you will get partial resistances. Or is it that hit rating only affects that the boss will be hit and has nothing to do whether it will be partially resisted. wow power level And do you think that if I put the plus 20 spell penetration instead of subtlety will help this problem. Most (if not all) have built in resistance that CANNOT be brought down by Spell Penetration. It kinda sucks. wow gold Spell Hit has only to do with LEVEL resists, and level resists do not have a partial chance-- it is a check whether it hits or gets resisted fully. Spell Penetration, as you seem to know, deals with RESISTANCE resists, and these have the chance to do 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, or 0% damage. Be aware that yes, there is a 0% damage resist based upon RESISTANCE stat and not LEVEL. wow power leveling I do believe you cannot attain that without building up a resistance past ""Poor"", and I have no idea if the message in the combat log will be identical to a full resist. I'd be willing to believe easiest boss in T6. But surely he can't be easier than Lurker. wow level up Also, I always try to be the top. The other night, I was pissed that another mage beat me by about 6k damage total in SSC/Hyjal.


I spent hours analyzing why, and have managed to figure out how she did it, makepeace so I'm not as angry as her damage would have been roughly 15% lower without me there" .

"Best Class / Worst Class discussion

"I think we are one of the best classes to run instances for farming status However - I have real trouble with P.Running guildies. I find that if they pull agro - they die. 1. wow gold I can't heal them 2. The only attacks are Fire Blast/Ice lance. (because if they were in AE range - they'd be agro-ing me anyway) 3. The Line Of Sight issues I ran some guildies through SM and they died a few times. They were just grateful to get the run-through, but I wanted to know if anyone else noticed this. An important note on running lowbies through instances - tell them to do abosultely NOTHING. wow power level If you are gathering up mobs, and they do 1 heal, or 1 hit, or cast some spell, then they might aggro mobs and die immediately (30-50 elite mobs pounding on a lowbie = instant death). I don't know how many times I've had to rez lowbies that I'm running through because they want to help. Also, if they want to watch you kill a million mobs at once, tell them to wait in one spot. wow gold Then, you go gather up mobs and bring them in front of the lowbie. If the lowbie tries to follow you around, they may aggro some ranged mob (since that mob will not be running after you in melee range)...and die. These will make the instance much more fun. If your lvl 70 can rez, then it's not too bad. If you can't, then it's annoying to wait for the corpse run. Oh, one last tip would be to have the lowbie take off armor. wow power leveling So if they die, they don't lose durability. Not a big deal, but just a tip.


That may also be enough reminder to them that they need to stay out of the fight. If people know how to get boosted, all of these issues will be non-issues. wow level up I have a couple of friends that know exactly what to do, they don't pull aggro anywhere, I can pull most of wailing caverns without them drawing aggro for one second. People that pull stuff within 5 seconds just aren't used to boosts, or think that all the effort has to come from the person boosting. I spam rank 1 AE all the time, keep spellstrike set up, molten armor, and most importantly, the lightning capacitor. All this stuff together makes you able to run both RFC and WC in a single, very long pull. Scarlet monastery still requires like 2-5 pulls depending on which one you're doing." .

Beast Mastery Skills

"This is how you get your pets. It's fairly simple, but it can also be fairly complex at the same time. It requires that you hold the mob's attention for 10 seconds, and that you are able to channel the entire time. wow gold There are many mobs out there that have a stun skill or a kick-like skill which will interrupt this. After a certain point this skill is no longer that useful since you won't need a new pet or the skills they may carry. This skill is used to call your pet. It is fairly straight forward. You use this, and if your pet isn't currently summoned it shows up next to you. It costs no mana, and it is instant. wow power level It is inevitable; your pet will one day die. When you use this skill, you begin a 10 second channeling spell that revives your pet, but it leaves it with very little HP. This skill is often followed up by Mend Pet. wow gold You will be using this skill quite a bit. To keep your pet happy and effective, you need to feed it whenever it hits yellow on its happiness icon. This skill requires a food your pet eats which you can check by clicking on the pet tab on the Character window and then hovering over the pet window's happiness icon. This skill is the main reason you should always carry 2 stacks of food. This skill may seem useless, but it actually very useful. Pets do not path with you when you jump from a ledge. wow power leveling Instead, they take the long way around to you. The number one cause of instance wipe seems to be the fool hardy Hunter that didn't dismiss before the jump.

"Maximize your Raid-DPS

"Druids * Barkskin: It is no longer possible to cast this spell while Cycloned. * Cure Poison and Abolish Poison are now usable in Tree of Life Form. wow powerleveling * Cure Poison, Abolish Poison and Remove Curse range increased to 40 yards. * Entangling Roots: It is no longer possible for multiple Druids to have Entangling Roots on the same target. Dire Bear, and Moonkin forms have been re-evaluated. Quests in World of Warcraft

Each player is distinguished by the choices they make at the beginning of the game. The first major decision you need to make is whether you want to side with The Alliance (Humans, Gnomes, Dwarves, and Night Elves) or The Horde (consisting of Orcs, Trolls, The Undead, and Tauren). Suffice it to say that these two groups have a very uneasy truce going on in the game world of Azeroth. While each side has their own well-guarded territories, the majority of the areas in the game are considered “contested” where both sides are fighting for power. If you pick a normal server, you’re safe from being attacked by other players in these regions, but if you enjoy a little extra danger, you can choose a Player vs. Player server where anything goes. After picking your side and race, you can choose between some typical classes like mages, warriors, and rogues, among others. Also, each player is allowed to take on two primary professions – examples include mining, alchemy, leatherworking, or blacksmithing. These are used to enhance your character’s personality, create valuable items, and hopefully to earn a little gold. These professions create a fun subplot to your story, but the majority of your time will be spent on various quests and adventures.

Quests in World of Warcraft are extremely well done. A large majority of them include the standard “kill this monster” or “collect this item,” but much thought has been put into the story behind these quests, making them very interesting. For the casual gamer, they are also very manageable in a short period - instead of long, complicated quests, Blizzard has created thousands of smaller ones. The game’s interface is outstanding, making it very straightforward to discover exactly what you need to do, and where you need to go. Maps of each region and the entire world are available, and sometimes, key areas are marked on your map by computer characters as a guide. Of course sometimes you’re on your own to explore and discover which can be half the fun.
